If you have little children you might want to visit the playground Klein Zwitserland (Little Switzerland) in Tegelen (10 km away) or playground Kitskensberg (6 km). A very active afternoon is guaranteed! Don’t worry if it rains, the regional indoor playgrounds will help you out.
